A graduate of the Hebrew University with a BA in Geography and a MA in Urban and Regional Studies, he has over 20 years of experience in the field of transportation planning and modeling, preparing traffic forecasts and mobility tests, transportation impact tests (TIP), outline plans and economic feasibility tests.
